  • I just received my order and noticed the price has dropped. Can I get a refund for the difference?

    We offer a price protection policy under specific conditions. Please review the two scenarios below to see if your order is eligible:

    1. The price change is due to a Promotion
    We offer a 30-day price protection window (starting from the day after your order date, excluding the day of purchase). If the figure you purchased goes on promotion within this 30-day period, or within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation), you are eligible for a price adjustment.

    How to identify: Promotional items are marked with a "-*%" tag next to the price.

    How we refund: Please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Once verified, we will refund the price difference to you via our points system.

    Note: Requests made after these designated windows are not eligible for promotional price adjustments.

    2. The price change is due to Shipping Cost Adjustments
    If the product is not on promotion but the price changed due to carrier rate adjustments (such as fluctuations in boat shipment or air freight rates), we are unable to refund the difference.

    The shipping fee you paid was based on the lock-in rate at the time of your order, which we already paid to the carrier. Subsequent rate changes do not affect already shipped orders.

  • How can I change the product price to my local currency?

  • Which currency is more favorable for the price?

    We offers the exchange rate for supported currencies through our FX partners instand of the real-time exchange rate for order payment with non-USD currencies, so that you could see your local currency before you pay for it. We recommend you to pay for the order with USD.
  • What currency will be made if a refund is requested?

    Upon refund, it will be issued in your selected currency to your original account of the payment.
  • How can I use Bombusbee Points?

    1 Bombusbee Points = 0.01 usd
    You can use the points on any items available.

    You can use the points on any items available.

    Yes, and you need to send us the order number so so could proceed cancellation.

  • How do I track my order?

    Bombusbee.net will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number.Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

    When the package arrives in your country, there will be a local tracking number. You could contact us for more details if you cannot determine your local carrier.

  • Why does the product page show shipping as $0, but I was still charged shipping fee?

    The $0 shipping display does not mean free shipping – the product page total includes base freight. The $0 shown for shipping methods indicates the cost matches the base rate, and all prices in the template are differentials. The split pricing in orders is for easier customs documentation.
  • I didn’t receive my order after shipped, can I ask for a refund?

    The following types of orders will not be eligible for returns / refunds without return / reshipment:
    1. Incorrect recipient shipping info provided by the buyer, causing the package to be returned to the carrier’s overseas warehouse and undeliverable.
    2. Incorrect recipient shipping info provided by the buyer, leading to delivery to a wrong address without signature.
    3. Recipient unavailable for delivery (unreachable/wrong address/outside business hours/no access code, etc.) and no response received after email follow-up, resulting in multiple failed delivery attempts and no coordination with the carrier for pickup or redelivery.
    4. Recipient’s failure to effectively communicate or cooperate with the carrier, resulting in multiple failed delivery attempts and eventual return/destruction of the package.
    5. Package returned due to delivery failure, awaiting redelivery (return times vary by country/region; no time guarantee can be provided; patience required).
    6. Delays due to slow customs clearance processes, which are uncontrollable and do not qualify for refunds.
    7. Package held by customs due to recipient’s failure to submit required clearance documents (contact us if declaration documents are needed).
    8. Delivery failure or misdirection due to recipient not requesting an address change from BBB before shipment.
    9. Package arrived in the destination country but no logistics updates for over 30 days due to recipient’s lack of follow-up (case-by-case assessment required to determine if lost).
    10. Package delivered to pickup point but lost/returned due to recipient’s failure to collect it in time; recipient must contact the carrier directly—we assume no liability.
    11. If the order has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, the recipient requests to change the address to a different country (please note: once a package is dispatched, the address cannot be modified).
    12. Tariff Responsibility: Any tariffs incurred due to customs clearance failure caused by the recipient’s delay in submitting required documents or failure to pre-declare parcel details before shipment shall be borne by the recipient.
  • I cannot pay my order?

    Please pay at least $0.1 USD for each order to prevent payment failure.
    Order with 0 usd might not regarded as a valid transaction in Paypal/Stripe.
  • Is it secure to give my credit card information?

    Bombusbee.net does not store your credit card information, in fact, your Credit Card information won't even show up in our system as it is processed securely by PayPal/Stripe.

Pre-Order Instructions

  • Pre-Order Pricing

    Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale

    If the price is reduced and your item is still on pre-order, your price will be adjusted so you receive the lowest price.

    In some cases we may not have exact pricing from our vendors when an item is listed for presale. If this occurs, we list the estimated price on the website with an explanation that the pre-order price will be adjusted when final pricing is known.

    In rare circumstances, mandatory price changes may happen to a pre-order. This could occur when we receive a solicitation from a vendor with a pricing error or when product import tariffs are assessed by the United States government. In the event that the price increases, we will notify affected customers. As always you are free to cancel your pre-order at any time.
  • Arrival Notice & Balance Payment

    We will send out notification by any possible ways when a pre-order is arriving soon. We will try to contact you by E-mail and website live chat. Please add our E-mail sales@bombusbee.net to your contacts so it will not be blocked or regarded as spam.

    Please note we are unable to do this for all products; we are dependent on how much notification our vendors give us prior to shipping.

    For pre-orders, balance payment remind will be arranged approximately a week before the product is scheduled to arrive. You will have 14 days to pay the invoice or you will lose pre-order pricing and allocation for the product.

    After the balance is received, we will refund your deposit. If payment is missed in one or more outstanding pre-orders which have arrived and become in-stock, other existing pre-orders in the same account will risk cancellation.
  • Pre-Order Arrival Date

    Most of the product on pre-order listed with an estimated arrival date. Our product department is in constant contact with our vendors to try to obtain the most up to date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings.

    Even we all wish every product to show up within the expected time, the estimated arrival date may still delay. There’s no guarantee of the exact time for pre-order products.
  • What is preoder?

    Preorder is a better choice to get the collectible figure before it sold out. We will list the product on preorder once the manufacturer announces it. It usually won’t take you too much, and when a presale order is placed, that means you have taken an order from manufacturer in advance. Then you shall never worry about the stock unless you give up to pay the balance.

    We offer many items for preorder months before they are released. Payment for pre-order products can be made when products are about to arrive. Once we received your preorder deposit, you will be placed on our pre-order name list for the product.

    Products are allocated on a first come first served basis. We will do our best to fulfill all orders but we are not responsible for any supply shortages or our shipments being cut from our supplier for any reason.

    Pre-order item descriptions are based on initial product sheets which we receive. Product and color changes may occur before it’s released. We will update our listing with any information that we receive but please keep this in your mind when ordering.
